Job Profile, Experience and Background:
Develop, implement marketing strategies with focus on review of product sales analysis.
Market research, Product promotion, Brand building measures, Field Staff training
Introduction of new products and Focus on relationship management.
Professionally qualified with 8-10 years hand-on experience of handling stated job functions in a Consumer, Retail or FMCG Company.

2) Brand Manager

Job Profile, Experience and Background:
Product planning, pricing, positioning and launches and evaluation / repositioning of existing brands.
Develop & Implement innovative and effective promotional programs for product range.
Hands-on experience in product promotion and field sensitivity.
MBA with 4-5 years experience handling similar portfolio in Consumer or FMCG Companies.

3) National Sales Manager

Job Profile, Experience and Background:
Key role is to meet sales targets through down-up approach with extensive traveling as pre-requisite.
Provide quality leadership to sales team.
Enhance retailing for effective distribution and expanding customer base.
Professionally qualified with entrepreneurial skills & proven business acumen.
Effectively handle/ retail distribution channel.
12-15 years in sales of which atleast 4-5 years of all India exposure in Consumer retailing, FMCG or Writing Instrument industries handling
large no.of field force.

Job Profile, Experience and Background:
International Trading, Business Development & exploring untapped markets, potentiality and customers.
Professionally qualified having past exposure of exports dealing with FMCG, Consumer durable products.

7) Manager HR

Job Profile, Experience and Background:
Develop and implement HR systems with primary focus on performance management.
Identify training and development needs of employees including field staff.
Introduce HRIS, change management and augment motivational practices besides normal HR functions.
Conceptual clarity in handling HR systems and practices.
PGDM or MBA in HR with 7-8 years of experience in consumer or pharma companies having relevant exposure.
